    1. Ani Tsering Wangmola, 40/f

      Ani Tsering Wangmo la had a severe PV bleeding for a week. On 1st November we took her to Tanda Hospital as she wanted to consult the doctor. The doctor examined her and prescribed one week medicines for her. At present she feels better and we told her to contact us if she has any problem in future.

    2. Popo Tashi Choezin la 76/m

      On 2nd November during home visit, we noticed that popo la’s face was swollen and got lots of blisters on his face especially near his mouth. We took him to Delek Hospital and then he was referred to Tanda Hospital for the further treatment. So on 4th November we took him to the Tanda Hospital and referred to ENT doctor. The doctor prescribed him medicines and an ointment to apply over it. At present Popo la is fine and has completely cured his illness.

    3. Mrs. Tsewang Dolma la 40/f

        Mrs Tsewang Dolma la has lower abdominal pain and   also has burning micturition. So we took her to the   Tanda Hospital and consulted to the doctor. The blood   test was done and shown to the doctor. The doctor   prescribed her medicines. At present she is on    medication.

    1. Mr. Tsering Wangdue la, (35/M.)

      Mr. Tsering Wangdue la has a wound on his right toe. He consulted Delek Hospital and they diagnosed it as a frost bite and referred to Tanda Hospital. On 4th October we took him to Tanda Hospital and consulted to a Dermatologist. The doctor prescribed an ointment to apply over the wound. So we asked him to contact us again when ever he needs our help

    2. Kushog Lobsang Tashi la, 63/M.

      Kushog Lobsang Tashi la is a known case of Diabetes and he is on treatment. He was asked to come again on 5th October. So we took him to Balaji Hospital. He was consulted to a physician and the doctor advised to do blood investigation. After seeing the reports, the doctor prescribed medicines and asked to come for the review after one month. Kushog la is on treatment at present and we will take him again after a month for the review.

    3. Popo Yeshi Kunchok la, 84/M.

      Popo la has not passed stool for many days and now complains of abdomen pain. So we referred Popo la to Delek Hospital. The doctor examined him and prescribed laxatives and an analgesic to him. He is still on treatment. Now Popo la’s abdomen pain has reduced and he has passed stool too.

    4. Mr. Dorji Tsering la, 65/M.

      Mr. Dorji Tsering had a fall and got swelling of his right feet. We took him to Delek Hospital and referred to the doctor. There they did an X-ray and diagnosed as Tarsal Fracture. Later POP (Plaster of Paris) was done and he was suggested to do complete bed rest. At present he is on rest and we asked him to contact us when ever he needs our help.

    1. Kushog Lodoe Jampa La, (37 years old.)

      Kushog Lodoe Jampa La has some problem with his kidneys and shown to Dr Tsetan la at Delek Hospital. USG abdomen was done and it shows Bilateral Renal Calculi. Then Dr.Tsetan la referred him to Chandigarh for the surgery. On 2/9/2011 he went to Chandigarh and consulted to Dr A.V.Kapoor. Examination done and fixed operation on 7/9/2011. Mean time he stayed at Sangya Menlha. On 7/9/2011 he underwent surgery and got discharged on 8/9/2011. He was asked to come again on 7/10/2011.He stayed two days rest at Sangya Menlha.

    2. Mr.Kunga Lodoe la

      Known case of HepatitisB+ve. He consulted to Dr.Tsetan la at Delek Hospital. He needs further treatment from Chandigarh. So Dr.Tsetan la referred him to Chandigarh. He needs financial support.

    3. Mr. Dastan and Mrs Halley (TC Volunteer Teacher)

      They complaints of itching all over the body and big reddish lumps present on their body. We took them to Delek Hospital and consulted to Dr Tashi la. There they did blood investigations. Reports are shown to Dr la and prescribed anti histamine drugs for 5 days.

    4. Kyimo Rinzin Chenmo La

      Rinpochen la has jaw dislocation and had problem in swallowing. On 13/9/2011 we took him to Balaji Hospital and consulted to a dentist. Doctor prescribed medicines for 2 days and advised to come after two days. Again on 15/9/2011 we went for the review. There doctor tried to relocate the jaw but couldn’t able to do. So Doctor referred him to Delhi for surgery.
    5. Ani Ngawang Chosum La (77 years old)

      Ani La was admitted at Delek Hospital with the complaints of difficulty breathing and coughing. She needs someone to give her to bath and wash her clothes. On 20/9/2011 our home nurse girl went to Delek Hospital and cleaned her thoroughly. (gave bath, cut her nails and washed her clothes).

    1. Kushog Lodoe Jampa la 37/m

      Diagnosis as bilateral Renal Calculi from Delek Hospital.Dr. Yangzom la referred him to Tanda Hospital on 18/8/2011. Our home nurse girl took him to Tanda Hospital. There they did blood investigations and KUB X- ray. Reports shown to surgeon and advised him to come on 10/10/2011 for IVP and X-ray

    2. Kushog Lobsang Tashi la, (25/8/2011)

      Known case of hypertension. Kushog la is taking medicines, he want to go for review. So we took him to Balaji Hospital. He has improved after taking the medicines and on continues medicine.

    3. Kushog Youden la, (25/8/2011)

      Kushog la is complaining of severe headache and also having high blood pressure. So we referred him to Balaji Hospital. There they did blood investigations, ECG and CT Head. Reports shown to doctor and diagnosed as Hypertension and started Anti Hypertensive drugs.

    4. Kushog Tenzin Chime la, (25/8/2011)

      Kushog la complaint of headache, back pain and burning sensation of body. We took him to Balaji Hospital. Did blood investigation and CT head. Reports shown to doctor diagnosed as Hypertension and started Anti hypertensive drugs.

      Known case of Hepatitis B positive present case. Has gastric problem. Delek hospital referred him to Bea’s Hospital on 20/7/2011

    3. Mr Migmar la 34/m

      Known case of Tuberculosis. Referred to Chandigarh with complaints of perfuse bleeding on 20/7/2011.

    4. Kushog Lobsang Tashi la (76/m)

      known case of Hypertension with diabetes. Complaints of severe headache with giddiness. He is taking allopathy medicines from Delek Hospital, but he needs further treatment. So we referred him to Balaji Hospital on 14/7/20111.

    5. 5. Kushog Tenzin Choeden la, 76/m

      He is having problem of cough with sputum. Also insomnia for long time. He wants to consult doctor for further treatment. So referred to Balaji Hospital.
